I called other places that told me that they couldn't do anything until they sent someone to diagnose the problem, even though I was well aware that the blower motor blew.

When I called Accurate Conditioning (at 1149am), I described the issue and he told me that he had the piece and could fix it immediately and that he wasn't far. (it snowed that morning and it was around 15 degrees out).

He came, fixed it immediately, priced it out fairly, and was completely done by 1pm.

I was very satisfied with the service. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone.

We had an AC guy out from the company who originally installed our unit. He tried to sell us a new 800 system.

We had Accurate Conditioning come out and he was able to inspect it and was able to just fix a loose wire. Our cut off valve was blown so he replaced it as well.

I was very pleased with his knowledge. You could tell that he was doing a good job and not trying to rip me off.

They saved me hundreds of dollars.

I called Pete to check my air conditioner at my home. He said he would be there the next day at 10 am. Not only did he come on time, he called to confirm the appointment before coming. Can't say that about many people.

In addition, when Pete came to my house he told me what to do and didn't charge me for the visit.

Hurricane Irene caused much damage and destruction throughout the East Coast. During the tough time of being denied insurance coverage and trying to figure how to get my father's house habitable again, a few people were like knights in shining armor.

Pete Marottoli from Accurate Conditioning, LLC is one at the top of my list. He waded through a debris filled, flooded basement to assess the situation. This was on the SAME DAY THAT I CALLED. (Unlike the seven plumbers I tried to reach to help get rid of the flood water.)

Accurate Conditioning Heating and Cooling was recommended to me by a close friend and neighbor. Our home flooded in March 2010, ACH&C responded immediately to our call. Pete came, assessed the damage, and ordered us a new unit. He was very understanding and allowed us to utilize a payment plan.

Again in August 2011, Hurricane Irene flooded our home. Pete again came, worked with us, and the various adjuster's schedules, and installed a new furnace.
